Clearly overly phallic in designed. Note how the mans ears resemble testicles while the protruding nose can clearly mimic a penis. Also, the base of the man could also double as a penis (perhaps uncircumsized?) S The penis-looking man is riding the penis-looking rocketship. Also note on the bottom of the ship how the three fins crudely make up triangularly shaped testicles with a phallic unit poking out in the middle. So it's a dick attached to a bigger dick being ridden by a dick made out of dicks. Or, looking at it another way, it's two dual-edged dicks grinding against one another.

I just figured it looked like a funky looking Babar humping a rocket. Hmm... perhaps I should look into this a bit more.
